What we store

Your account (email, hashed credentials via AWS Cognito), your workspaces, and the content you create in them: pages, sources, records, automations and assistant sessions.

Records you put into sources are yours. We store them to render your views and run your automations — nothing else.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't train models on your workspace content. We don't read your workspaces except when you explicitly ask for support on them.

AI processing

When you use the assistant, the relevant workspace context for your request is sent to our model provider (Anthropic) to produce the response. Assistant usage is metered in credits and visible per turn.

Security

Authentication runs on AWS Cognito with emailed verification codes. API keys are shown once and stored as SHA-256 hashes. Share links use opaque hashed tokens with optional passphrase and expiry.

Infrastructure runs on AWS in the London (eu-west-2) region.

Your controls

You can delete records, pages, sources, automations and whole workspaces at any time — deletion is deletion.

You can delete your account yourself in the app: Account → Danger zone → Delete account. That permanently removes your account and every personal workspace in it.

If you can't sign in, or for any other account-level request, contact hello@omninium.com.
